Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? 
 A: We are a 100% manufacturer, which has rich experience in designing and manufacturing packaging products and with 5500 square meters workshop area and 30 advanced equipments. And we have a professional team guaranteeing quality and production time strictly! 

Q2: What information is needed for quotation ?

2)The size of the production(Length*Width*Height )

3)The material and the surface handling.

4)The printing colors.

5)If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying,
If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

Q3.Can I get a sample before mass production?

Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation.
The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.

4.How to get a sample?
A.Sample lead time: about 5-7 days after artwork confirmation
B.Sample fee
(1)Samples without printing-0$ ( before placing order )
(2)Sample with printings-100$(before placing order )
After you place an order we will refund you the sample fee
(3)Sample with printings-0$( after the order and deposit)
C.Sample freight is paid by customer
Q5.How long can I got the sample ?

After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 5-7 days
and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5 day.

Q6: How can we get the samples?
We can make samples for you to test our quality and make sure it is exactly what you want but there will be sample cost and express charge. And the refund of the sample charge can be negotiable in the mass production. 
If you just need a plain sample to check our quality, we can provide it to you for free, as long as you afford the express freight.

Q7: How soon can we expect to get the sample? 
The sample producing time is 5-7 days and the delivery time is 4-5days.  

Q8: How much is the freight for samples?
It really depends on the weight and size of them and which express company you choose. If you have express account, of course we can send the samples out with your account. 

Q9: Can we have our logo or company information on your products or package?
Of course yes! Your Logo can be shown on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.
Both OEM and ODM are accepted! You can tell us the measurement of the product which the packaging is for and we can help you design a box for it. But the artwork/pattern on the box should be offered by you.
